How to Measure:

Bust: Measure under your arms, around the fullest part of your chest.
Waist: Measure around your natural waistline, keeping the tape a bit loose.
Hip: Measure around the fullest part of your body at the top of your legs.
Inseam: Using pants that fit well, measure the crotch seam to the bottom of the leg.
Sleeve: Measure from the center of your back to your wrist with arms held out.

Nomads hemp wear is amazing! The groove trousers are soft and light but very durable and wash up really nicely with minimum shrinkage.
They look great on and are perfect for yoga or look super cool as every day trousers.
I am a 10 / 12 and went for medium which were perfect.
I would highly recommend any of the clothing!

Thanks Boho hemp for bringing this amazing brand to the U.K, I won’t tell you how much a pair of hybrid pants cost to import from Canada : ( ….still worth every penny though as are so unique!
